Shipping rates & delivery times

We ship from Andorra to every country listed below. Orders placed on a business day are prepared within 7–14 business days. All shipments are tracked and fully insured.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order total (after discounts) reaches the threshold for your country — from €200.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with the carrier and tracking link. You can also follow your order at any time on our order tracking page with your order number and email address.

Delivery

• Delivery times are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch.
• Most parcels need a signature. If you are not at home, the carrier leaves a notice or delivers to a nearby pick-up point.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — the carrier may contact you about delivery.

Customs & duties

Andorra is not part of the EU customs union. For deliveries to the EU, prices shown at checkout include VAT and we take care of export formalities. Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway may be subject to import VAT and duties charged by the carrier on delivery; these are not included in our prices.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please note it with the carrier and take photos of the package before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] — insured shipments are replaced or refunded in full.
