Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit https://ugggs.com or shop with us, why we use it and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Ugg, . Email: [email protected]. Tax number: —.

2. Data we process

Visiting the website

When you visit our website, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address (country and city), browser and device type, language, the page you came from (referrer or campaign parameters) and the pages you view. We use this to deliver the website, show it in your language, protect it against abuse and fraud and understand where our visitors come from. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, user-friendly shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Orders

For your order we process your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order contents and payment status. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or wallet details are entered directly with Stripe; we only receive the payment status and the type of payment method. Stripe processes data under its own privacy policy and may use it for fraud prevention.

Contact and customer service

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your request.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Cookies, analytics and marketing

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the shop (cart, language, checkout, security). Analytics and marketing tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel — are only used if you give your consent in our cookie banner. With your consent we may also share purchase events with these providers to measure our advertising. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details are in our cookie policy.

4. Recipients

We share data only where necessary with: our hosting provider; Stripe (payments); shipping carriers (name, address, phone number for delivery); our email provider (order emails); an IP geolocation service (to determine the country/language from your IP address); internal notification tools used by our team; and — only with your consent — the analytics and advertising providers named above. Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA; in such cases transfers are based on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Storage period

We keep order data for as long as required by tax and commercial law (usually up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or when you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Andorra the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA), or the authority in your EU country of residence.

7. Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We protect your data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
